Absolutely yes. Since 2013, it has been forbidden to sell products within the EU that have been tested on animals. It’s not just compliance with European law as to why we’re cruelty free - we don’t support any animal testing on our products.
Sustainability is very close to our hearts. Our resins, absolute and essential oils are all sustainably sourced. Every part of the packaging we use is made up of recyclable or re-usable material, and all our containers are recyclable or can be reused for another purpose. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with an online tracking number. If you don’t receive your confirmation email, please let us know via email - firstname.lastname@example.org
To get orders to our customers as quickly as possible, they are sent as soon as we confirm the order. Unfortunately, this also means that it is not possible to change or cancel any order once it has been confirmed.
However, you can refuse the parcel when it’s being delivered and let us know by e-mail. We will then refund you once the returned parcel is received by us. If it has already been delivered, it is also possible to return all or part of your order within 30 days.
For every full-sized product purchased, we'll send a complimentary sample of the same fragrance, so you can try it before committing. If it doesn't enchant you, send the unopened bottle back for free.

We aim to get your item delivered to you within 2-4 working days (international orders will differ). Please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us.
We do hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if not - we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of your delivery date. For more information please view our return policy.
If any product or products in your order were damaged during shipping, you can contact our customer services at email@example.com. Please attach a photo of the damage, order number, and the name of the damaged product(s) within your e-mail. We will do our best to come up with a solution as fast as possible.
