To start your free return, please email email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). We require that your item is returned within 7 days of receiving your RAN. Please note that all returns that do not meet the 30-day requirement for requesting a RAN will only be considered for online store credit and no refund will be given.
Once your return has been received, processed and accepted by us, you will receive a confirmation email and we will endeavour to refund your original payment method within 5 working days.
Please be aware, shipping costs are non-refundable and any taxes or duties associated with your return will be at your cost. Any returns that do not comply with our return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to your original delivery address.

Upon returning the items, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and customs charges which must be paid in advance. We will not be able to cover any customs’ handling charges on the return. If that happens - we will not be able to accept the return and the goods will be sent back to you.
We will only cover return international shipping costs on faulty goods. A full refund will be processed including the return shipping costs.
It can take up to 12 days for us to receive international returns. During the process, you will receive a confirmation email when we have received your return and your refund or exchange has been processed.
